A stack of SLU-PP-332 (ERRα agonist) and BAM-15 (mitochondrial uncoupler) — both preclinical.

Proposed mechanism

Combines an oxidative-metabolism agonist with a mitochondrial uncoupler; both raise energy expenditure in rodents. Uncoupling has a narrow safety margin; no human data.¹
