What it is

Survodutide is a dual GLP-1 / glucagon receptor agonist studied in obesity and, notably, MASH (fatty liver disease).

Proposed mechanism

Like mazdutide, it pairs GLP-1 agonism with glucagon-receptor agonism; the glucagon arm is of particular interest for liver-fat reduction.1
